WA federal court in New York is working hard to release redacted versions of the search warrant. These are the same versions that led the FBI to reopen its investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server days before the presidential election.
U.S. District Judge P. Kevin Castel ordered the search warrant application to be released with certain portions blacked out, arguing the public has a right to see the documents, the Associated Press reported.
With the search warrant, the FBI found emails on the laptop of former Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner (D., N.Y.), the estranged husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin. Weiner and Abedin reportedly shared the laptop. Authorities were investigating Weiner for allegedly sending messages of a sexual nature to an underage girl and found emails on the computer relevant to the Clinton email probe.
FBI Director, James Comey, later mailed a letter off to Congress. Within the letter, he revealed an awesome little surprise, the bureau was ready to relaunch its probe into Clinton’s email practices and discover the truth once and for all. Did Clinton mishandle classified material while at the State Department? Finally, the answers to our many questions were going to be answered! Then, as luck would have it, the FBI closed the investigation before the election, and Clinton got off scot-free.
Clinton and her evil allies have done nothing but blame the FBI’s investigation for her loss to Donald Trump. Won’t it be wonderful when she has to face the music and take responsibility for her actions?! Stay tuned for more details!
